Default BIOS-Password - 06-15-2014, 08:55 AM

I have a big problem with my 10v. When the device is started require a password, which I have not or do not remember. From DELL I've already got a new one, but that does not work. How do I get the password off? I get the error message: System disabled: 00102
Can someone help me?

What operating system are you using? Do you want to change it to something else, if so what?

ADDED:

I must be tired, you are asking for the BIOS password. Is you SSD locked so it will not boot up at all? I may not be able to help on that.

What is the full text of the password prompt? There isn't a way to remove the password unless you have a valid password to begin with. There are a couple of different passwords the BIOS can ask for. The BIOS password itself, and an SSD password. Dell should be able to give you a password that works if you give them the service tag. If not, then I know there are services offered on eBay that will generate a special password based on the service tag for you.

If it is the SSD password, though, I don't think there's anything that can be done.

It is with my problem definitely to the supervisor-BIOS-password. The user-BIOS-password I had already successfully deleted from the BIOS, but not thought of the supervisor password. When i restart, i was asked again for a password; so it must be such act to the supervisor password. The hard drive provides easy access is possible in the expanded state.
After entered three times trying get the message:
System Disabled
[00207]
Service Tag
[9CNVLK1]
From DELL I got this password: fpjs7nnj, but which is probably not the right.

PS: Sorry for my english; i'm german

Your English is fine.

From some web searching I have done, it seems that Dell did not give you a valid password. You can ask again, or try one of the many online services that claim to provide Dell BIOS passwords for a fee.
