This is usually a bad display or broken cable. The display can be replaced following Dell's disassembly instructions but it is not easy.

no i runinng my dell normal, after have this problem with my screen why? And i have other problem i cannot install windows xp on my dell, stuck on "Setup is starting Windows" Why? Soryy my bad english. Pls help
