Choppy Videos - Youtube, iTunes, own 720p Videos -

Hi
I need help. I'm using OSX 10.6.8 (Details see signature  ) and I'm in vacation and want to see the action cam videos that I make these days but I only see choppy videos in every player. Also Youtube is unplayable because everything more as 240p is choppy.  Videos that are on my Dell Mini 10v OSX 10.6.8 also sometimes choppy i.e. Iron Man II the action scenes totally. Any ideas what causes the problem? Any solutions for Dell Mini 10v witk OSX 10.6.8? Thanks in advance!
