Does Ubuntu 11.10 include support for the Intel GMA 500? -

I have been working on this laptop which included kernel 3.0.x for the Intel GMA 500. I want to install intel EGMD drivers on this Ubuntu 11.10 OS. Can anybody explain that is this laptop support for the intel EGMD drivers with this Ubuntu 11.10 OS. also please explain that where should i found this drivers for my system.
I am not expert in this issue but please fill free to give valuable reply for me. |

Its doesn't seem to acknowledge it, but it runs fine.
Mini 9, 2gb ram, 16 gb runcore |
