A couple problems I have encountered. First of I was trying to build a triple boot machine with my Dell mini 10V....so when that didn't work out I decided to reinstall JUST snow 10.6.0. I have been able to install snow leopard 10.6.0 in the past and sucessfully update to 10.6.7. .

I have spent over 10 hours now unsuceesfully trying to reinstall 10.6.0.....I keep getting the unable to copy files error during installation ( i am using external xbox 360 hd-dvd drive, netbook cd, and retail install disc).

So i decided to try a time machine restore( i have a couple different backups stored on an external hard drive).

Unfortunately I cannot get the sytem to boot the restored OS. I have tried using netbook cd but get kernel panics (version mismatch...blah,blah,blah).

Anybody have any solutions to my one or both problems?
