Sorry Thinix and Touchsmart, Windows 8 comes with a new touch layer. And it's amazing.



I thought this would be too powerful for our 'duos, but apparently the demo machine had an atom processor, and on the desk next to it, there was a Dell 'duo!

Wow! That looks like it might be kinda cool. I wonder when it'll be available, even a beta version would be fun to play with.

Hey Guys, figured i'd show you this, if you havn't seen it yet.

Just tried it today, about a couple hours of tweaking and I got this as my main display. I dock it, and it looks pretty nice on my desk showing the live tiles.

Try it out, worked fine for me, with the included link.

Gonna tweak it out some more, see what i like, works really well on the duo

On the contrary, most netbooks that have allot of battery life are either quite heavy or severely underpowered. At ~ 4:30 of life, I feel the duo does a great job balancing such factors.

The reviewers I feel forget to take such factors into account while still keeping a reasonable pricetag.


ON another note: Rainmeter is still around! Cool.

I remember using it on my first netbook. Great product, a little on the Power Drainer side though if you have constant animations running.
