Default So..who's interested in the Inspiron Duo? - 09-17-2010, 02:42 PM

Personally, I'm very excited at the prospect of a Inspiron Duo! I just wanna hear some more info on its specs! We already know it has a Dual Core N550 Atom CPU, so it's gonna so its' pretty coming out with the best netbook hardware at the moment.

Android Dual Boot would be awesome, Android for play, Windows for work!

I'd be shocked if it wasn't cheaper than an iPad. I think I want one - just have to figure out which of my current laptops I'm going to get rid of to pay for it...

+2 for the taking the cautions approach - yep like the idea think it has merit but it will all hinge on the responsiveness of the touch screen and how it performs with win 7.

I am more interested on the upgradeability as far as RAM and other options that might be included like bluetooth,TV Tuner...etc....I want everything I have in my Mini 10 now if not I wont bite...love the design though..very innovative, the ipad is just a tablet, but this is both a netbook AND a tablet....very interesting to say the least and its a dual core processor too

I'm thinking I may want one depending on price. Also, I hope that Dell doesn't screw up the launch of this as bad as they did the US Streak.

I'm definitely interested in the Inspiron Duo. I'm just hoping that there is a screen option for 1366x768. The Atom processor is somewhat of a concern, however I must admit I haven't used the dual core N550 Atom.

I have an Inspiron 11z currently and have been very pleased with it all around. Hope it performs as well/better than the 11z w/ a 720P screen and i'll be a happy camper!
