Hi guys, just planning to get this babe, although not many great reviews out there on battery performance. Does anyone have any personal experience using SSD, compared to HDD? Obviously the system would get quicker, but the original 3~hrs of battery life is simply not too great.
The netbook is quite a bargain now, installing a solid-state drive wouldn't cost a lost either. Also, what about having (let's say) a Ubuntu/or similar OS on it? Power consumption on Linux tend not to be as high.
So what do you say, maybe a 25% increase at least, is it possible?
