Firstly, I would recommend you to run the system diagnostics to determine any hardware failure or incompatibility. To the run the system diagnostics please follow the steps below:
If the tests pass it indicates all the hardware are working fine. Next, I would recommend you to restart the system in safe mode. Please follow the steps to restart the system in safe mode.
To open the device manager, click on start and type in device manager on the search bar. Restart the system normally.
