Default 64GB SSD - 11-13-2008, 12:06 AM

I just got a notice from MyDigitalDiscount.com that they've shipped my 64GB SSD. I should have it by Saturday, hopefully.

I hope they catch up on their 64GB card orders next week.

I'm looking forward to loading my favorite stuff without hassles... Office, World of Warcraft, and other small things.

I placed my order about a month ago.

The MLC cards are significantly slower than the stock STEC drive.
The 64gb drive is $199

I only paid $150 for mine, but I ordered it as soon as it was listed on their site. I believe the read/write speed is supposed to be similar to the stock Mini 9 drives.
