How do I reinstall Dell Stage?

I went to "My Downloads" on Dell Support but my Duo won't register! It just keeps thinking and says examining computer.

I read another thread where the user had the same problem and it was because the BIOS wasn't showing the service number, so after it was put in, it worked.

How do I access the BIOS? To do this?

After a little more searching I found out how to do it.

For those who might have the same trouble:

My Dell Download: When registering the computer it just spins and keeps examining it, never completing. It's because the Service #, which can be found on the bottom of the Duo, isn't in the BIOS. To put it in do the next step.
Access BIOS: press "F2" when restarting at the Dell Splash Screen. Just press "F2" -- the blue "Fn" button only works in Windows. Use the arrow keys to maneuver. Go to "Security" and then type in the Service Tag number. Go back to the right to "Main" and the service tag number should be listed. Press "F10" to save and exit, .

The Duo will boot up. After you go to the My Dell Downloads and re-register your computer it'll find it within 30-seconds and show you all the stuff that you can download to re-install.
