Question Cloning or Imaging OS X? - 10-14-2011, 03:30 AM

What software do you use to clone your OS X install (SSD or HDD)? Disk Utility, SuperDuper!, Clonezilla, etc?

Thx

I use Carbon Copy Cloner to great effect.

I tried to clone my 10.6.8 on the Mini9 before trying to make some more changes using SuperDuper. How can I try to boot from the clone backup to test its validity? I tried selecting the USB device from the bios (option 0 on boot) but that didn't work. Do I have to do it from the chameleon loader? How do I do that?

Thanks!
