You know your bags are beautiful but the options are very confusing (well to me!). For instance I really like the 'JRM' for my 10v although I'm aware it states it's for a '9' I thought I'd just go through & check it out.
This is where the confusing part is (for me) you have options like 'tab colour' 'pals grid' '$3 option' etc. I'm only a humble engineer & have no idea about all that. I think what would be nice was once you selected an option a picture with the representing selection was visible to give us an indication on what it is & what it looks like?
All I would like is the 'JRM' for my 10v with a strap & maybe some pockets - sorry if I'm being 'dim' but thought I'd give some feedback

Your points are quite valid! I get a lot of questions about the options and what they represent. I like and want to do something like you suggested - selecting an option hightlights something on the page or pops up a photo of the option.

Unfortunately I'm kind of limited in options using the Zencart software to run the online store front. I'll have to take a look around and see if there is a plug-in that might do something like this, but I'm definitely not smart enough to pull it off on my own!

Would an "Options Description" page somewhere else on the site be sufficient for answering questions?

Or you could provide some a picture or two of the options...

a picture of buckles....
a picture of hook-latch work....
a picture of tabs...
a picture of whatever works!!

i be some of your past buyers would offer to take pictures of things to help you out!

I know if I had a psyopper in my possession I surely would show it off through pictures!

Maybe with pic's of the actual 'option' ('pictures speak a thousand words' spring to mind as tchariya suggested) would help?

I agree. It makes it so much easier to figure out which options you want.
When and If I get mine I'll take some beautiful pics with my PEN-1.
