I just checked my M11x delivery date (like I've done several times every day since I ordered it) and today we have an new estimated delivery date (I got the 7-day shipping)

I just got word from Dell that my M11x shipped today! They also upgraded my shipping from from 5-7 day to 3-5 day. Cool.

Mine shipped today too!!!!!!! Estimated delivery is 2/25/10 instead of 3/8/10. I can handle that :-D

Hey dom,

Did you take the free shipping option on your M11x? I did (it was 5-7 day) and they bumped it up to 3-5 day. Dell says the machine shipped 2/20/10 but FedEx still shows "Initiated" with no departure or location information. In fact, nothing on the FedEx tracking even says it shipped. Are you seeing this as well? I'm guessing it's like many packages I've gotten from the big 3 (UPS, FedEx, USPS) that the tracking just doesn't get updated until the last minute.

Just curious.

I ordered mine originally on 2/3/10 with the free shipping and was estimated delivery date of 3/8/10. Dell sent me shipping notification on 2/20/10 with upgraded to "fedex express" with an estimated delivery of 2/25/08. My shipping was finally updated via fedex yesterday on sunday, who knew lol. so it is showing that its in transit. I cant wait, just in time for starcraft 2 beta. I ordered an intel 5150 wimax card for it, im hopeing that the current wifi slot is powered so i can pop this bad boy in and play sc2 on the bus on my way to work :-D

Looks like you went with the same specs as me. I couldnt justify the 8 gb of ram but i might upgrade later on. are you gonna overclock yours at all?

Not sure on the overclock. It depends on if I feel adventurous I suppose.
