i have here a dell mini inspiron 1011. the problem is the battery is not recognized. what most important is I cant get it to boot when I remove the battery...It wont turn on if the battery is remove... im sure my battery is dead.. hope can some one help me what is the problem on my mini... how can I get it to turn on when the battery is remove...

I have a Mini 9 & a 10v. They both boot without a battery so I don't think it is your battery. It is just not charged any more to boot your Mini. Charge your battery on another Mini - might be hard to find now, or try another power supply.
