1012 no power problem -

Folks, I need some help or advice: Have a Mini 1012, worked fine last week, now nothing, no power light, nothing happens when I press ON. Tried another Dell Mini 1012 power cord - nothing. No sound, no light, no POST, no activity whatsoever. Removed battery & tried both p-cords again - nothing.
2 GB, 250 GB HD, Seagate Momentus XT that I upgraded to over a year ago. Upgraded to 1366x768 based on forum suggestions. No problems with either. No trauma, no BIOS upgrade w/in the last 10 to 12 months. Everything worked fine 4 days ago but now it's a brick. I reseated the RAM & the HD & made sure the power connector was OK. P-cords test out with a multi-meter. Don't know how to test battery. I loved this little thing - Any ideas? THX for your help!! |
