Ah yes, I have read about that. On the 10v, some have disabled (deleted) IOATAFamily.kext and its worked, but that was on 10.6.3/4. I've tried that as well, but no success.

Well, if the problem is the STEC SSD, if i change it to a Runcore SSD, will the sleep work? Anyone has any experience?

Seems like no one else on that thread is working on 10.6.7 though.
