The Finder Bar, every application I open, every window is smaller (80% original size). I can't make the resolution the way it used to be. Has anyone encountered this, or is there a command I can enter to bring everything back to normal? Thanks in advance!

sounds like the script quit before resetting to 100%

to fix this:

open a terminal window ( Applications/ Utilities / Terminal)

type the following and press enter:

defaults write -g AppleDisplayScaleFactor 1.0

reboot.

cheers.
