I need help creating a service tag in order to order a green replacement lid for my mini 10v. The part number is P093P - jade grn lid. I inquired about this a couple of months ago but never heard back. Your help with this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have a mini 10v and one of the internal speakers has fried. I've spent a total of 3 hours on the phone with tech support morons who have now sent the wrong repair part out TWICE.
What they are sending is part number X53NJ on the packing slip, also listed as PS210. PS210 is on the web site as a set of red external usb powered speakers and that is indeed what I now have two sets of.
Any chance you can email me the entire parts listing of the 10v?
