looks like they have a new update for the lan drivers when doin a windows update:

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC

Has anyone applied this?

whats the fix

I tend to shy away from the drivers offered through the Windows Update site and keep a bookmark for the Dell Driver site instead.
If the drivers are the same it ends up being a moot point.
