I found this fix for the XP resolution problem. The screen will no longer change from 800x600 to 1024x600 when logging on and your icons will not rearrange. I found the fix on this here: http://www.0xyg3n.com/?p=219 Make sure you download the 1.4.0 BETA1 version of AsTray. I tried the 1.3.7 first and it doesn't work the same. This fix will also let you set your screen for resolutions up to 1920x1080. Of course, when displayed on the Mini's screen you will have to scroll around to see all of the screen. You can also uncheck igfxpers from autostarting. This will stop the screen from the refresh flicker when XP boots. UPDATE: BIOS A04 fixes the resolution problem. That is awesome! I LOVE being able to set the resolution higher. I can now use a few programs that I needed to be able to access buttons that were out of reach! |

Works for me too. Good find! I have a feeling all this app does is do a regedit on the Welcome Screen resolution, but that's OK.   |

also, prior to the fix, if you put an icon on the right edge of the screen it wouldn't stay there. It would end up about 2 inches in on the screen. |
