Hello-
I am also having this problem.. I only have 1
ssd and I had a blue screen saying that it was copying files (and using my slow USB it took like 5 hours) then when it restarted, all I got was a fatal error blue screen.
NOW for some reason, the next day, its not getting the blue screen. It's getting the hal error. I have tried restarting several times, but it goes to the hal.dll error each time.
I try going to boot options: USB: and it says boot failed.
I am using an HP formatting utility on my USB that says it also makes your USB bootable.
I am running out of options here, and I cant even figure out how to use my ubuntu restore CD on a netbook with no cd rom. The USB option doesnt seem to be working well for me.
Anyone have any ideas???
