Yes. I see my sons XBOX show up in my taskbar as Media extender. So I think that means yes. It runs pretty smooth on the Mini. It would be even better if I nlited it first but I just installed it like it was. I also found almost 2gb of room by moving the public video and music folders to the sd card. Media Center comes with sample tv shows and takes up a lot of room.
