Default Win XP will not run - 04-07-2010, 09:38 AM

I do not know what has happened, but my Toshiba Tecra lap top, which has been running fine, now decides to turn itself off, that's even if it fires up in the first place.

It will run in safe mode, for as long as I need it on. Does not close down at all.

Any suggestions as to what to do next?

dont know how you have it set but maybe you can do a system restore back to a previous date..something might have gotten corrupted and the restore might fix it..
