New to windows, need back up help. What is the best back up software for windows? Is there one similar to "carbon copy cloner" for OS X?

In case you're still looking for a solution, I use Macrium Reflect religiously. It's free and easy to use. I normally do a clean install of Windows and all my software and current updates, hook up a large external USB hard drive, and make an image of the fresh install with Macrium. Restoring after a problem is a snap- it comes with the ability to make a rescue boot CD and restoring the image takes less than an hour.
