| Junior Member Posts: 2 Join Date: Jan 2009 | X-Files and/or Dayene, Any chance either of you would share how you accomplished loading XP Pro over Ubuntu? I've read quite a few posts regarding nLite, usb stick, and other posts, but looking now for a one-stop-solution. If either of you broke the code to an easier install, please share it. I ordered the same Mini config as X-Files, but I haven't figured out how to get my wife's new "cute pc" to boot from my external USB/DVD-RW into my Dell OEM XP Pro SP1 disk (old laptop is long dead). It boots to the resource disk, but not to my XP install disk... How did you do the "upgrade"? Thanks! |
