Default Temporary User Account? - 06-02-2009, 04:09 PM

Sometimes when I boot up my computer and type my password in, it takes an especially long time to log in. It displays the normal Welcome message but then says "Preparing Desktop". When it logs in, I am in a temporary user account where I don't have access to any of the files on my other account. It also says that the account will be deleted upon log out and suggests that if I want to login to a different account, that I should either sign out and try again or reboot. Usually signing out and retyping my password works. I'm just curious if anyone else is having this issue and if so, how do I stop it?

I see this on rare occasions. Usually logging out and in again fixes it. I don't know what triggers it.
