I just swapped my Dell 5530 WWAN card with Sierra Wiressless MC8775 (HP HS2300). HP driver is installed and no unknown drivers found. However Sierra 3G Wachter failed to detect my Sierra WWAN card. Is anyone having this issue? |

Guys I got it fixed. The modded driver can be downloaded here: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=62909 The working driver version is v2.1.6.0 *pls note that the driver is not digitally signed and it must be picked from a device driver by pointing it to the *.inf files included in the drivers package Sierra Wireless 3G Watcher 2.4.0.1 (same as Vista) must be installed in order to get it connected to WWAN |
