Well it probably happened a day or two after new install. I believe that I had NOD32, Firefox, maybe VLC player installed at the time. Now I have thunderbird, MO 2007, WinRAR, and Google Chrome.

I got a BSOD friday night the 16th that was all distorted and couldn't be read. on saturday I got 3 and these blamed the nwifi.sys which I believe has to do with the wifi. Upon rebooting from the last BSOD I had internet for about 20 minutes then all of the sudden, lost it. Somehow my profile had changed from home to public and that had booted me from my network. My network and sharing center was telling me I was still in my home group but my change advanced sharing settings was saying I was in my public profile and not letting me turn on network discovery. I could also not find my network, even though I have 3 more listed than in XP. I should also mention that I changed my advanced settings in (my)computer from 'let windows decide(aero/luna)' to 'performance(classic windows)'. Shortly after that, I got the BSOD and lost my network. I reinstalled the whole disk again as I was getting a choice of booting between 'Earlier version of windows' or 'Win 7' at start up and I had formatted the whole disk on first install(nothing showed up in disk manager and the win7 was using the full 14.3GB. Have been problem free since this install-3 days and counting. Havn't had any BSOD or problems with install on Atom 330 desktop.
Just thought I'd share, diz

I haven't been having any networking or internet issues and it has been a couple of days since last BSOD, so well see what these tools come up with next time it happens.

I got this or similar crash relating to the nwifi.sys driver the first day I installed Win7 but it has not happened since then.

I havn't had it happen since latest install, I think it may have had to do with original install and the option to dual boot even though I installed win7 on whole drive, who knows. My latest issue is with changing various settings and getting dumped from my Home profile to my Public profile. I can't change it back by any setting I can find but windows magically fixes the problem, I reboot and all is well.

i got lots of BSOD last night whilst running iTunes. It was processing my mp3s stored on my SD card (i.e. itunes was just installed), and updating the itunes library which i setup to be on a different folder on the SD card.

got around it by putting the itunes library on c: drive (ssd) instead and leaving mp3s on sd card.

this wasnt an issue with xp on my mini9

so there might be an issue of sorts with the jmicron driver, in certain cicumstances
