This tutorial tol me that I could shrink the install to 3gbs if I followed it exactly. I did that and ended up with about 6gbs. I only have an 8gbssd so this is a problem for me... I saw other people had a problem with this tutorial too... Anyone ever figure out why it doesnt work properly? Maybe its because they used windows 7 from beta to do this? Idk Please help. Thanks. Please do not "bump" threads. Looking at the guide thread it seems others also could not reduce past 6 GB or so. You would need to eliminate the page file and hibernate file to save more space. I am on record here as not recommending use of Vlite as it seems to create problems for users. Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 8 |

I am trying to do this also, but it seems that his preset file is down. Once you download his preset file and use it in V-lite it will install close to 3GB |
