partition 1 looks like the system reserve
I would say that that partition 2 is Windows 7, mine also has 200MB section of reserved space...just a guess here keep in mind.
partition 3 is probably SL
partition 4 is whats left

why cant you just mark 1 of them as active and boot in to it then find out then?

Windows 7 SP1 is available now. You can download standalone installer from Mircrosoft homepage or use Windows Update for smaller download. But if you already have dualboot or triple boot with Mac OS, you will get error when trying to install. Here are solution:

1. Click Start > type "diskpart"
2. Run the following command:
select disk 0
list partition
select partition x
active

x is the partition of Windows, you can look at the partition size to recognize it.
3. Update to SP1, then restart.
4. Run diskpart again and use following commands:
select disk 0
list partition
select partition y
active

y is the partirtion of Mac OS, you can look at the partition size to recognize it.

And now you have Windows 7 updated to SP1 while keeping the original dualboot.
