I would like to activate media streaming in WAindows Media Player, but nothing hapens when I click on the media streaming button. I have removed and reinstalled Windows Media Center and Player twice, changed the library, but I just cannot get media streaming to work.

I am able to access other PC's in my Homegroup at home, but I cannot access them over the internet away from home, which is my goal. My Mini 10 has Windows Ultimate installed.
