Yep. It runs great on Windows 7.
I did have to get the JMicron Vista driver for the SD controller.
The Windows 7 driver was loading but not working properly.
Otherwise it seemed to worked well.

What size drive are you installing it on? I plan to install it this weekend and have the 16 gig ssd, and am curious how much free space I'll have left when its all said and done.

I installed on the 64GB runcore.

After installing OS I installed:
Anti-virus
Office 2007
Online poker software - hehe
Drivers for SD controller and Synaptics mousepad
Safari - IE8 does not work with my online banking since its beta
Roxio Creator Basic 9
Cyberlink DVD
Dell Webcam
Adobe flash/reader

I have default options for pagefile and hybernation file and restore points (these alone are taking ~4GB)

So after all of that I am using 12.6GB of disk space.

To give you a straight forward answer -

The iso is 3.5GB

The install will consume 13GB on it's own - so it's out of the question for 8GB SSD's, and pushing it on a 16GB.

Time to get a 32GB SSD from Runcore.

It can be vLited as evidenced in this forumand in this thread so Win7 will work on 8GB SSDs and 16GB SSDs.

And I agree with Jeff, this threa is better served in the proper forum.
