| Member Posts: 48 Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: London | If you have access to a PC with dvd drive download WinTo Flash WinToFlash - Install Windows from usb - Home page and install from USB. I used it to make my 10v dual boot os x and Win 7. It was a piece of cake. |

| Junior Member Posts: 25 Join Date: Dec 2009 | I did originally buy the 10v to put OSX on but never got round to it. You think it runs smooth enough on the standard 10v setup? I'm concerned about running Win 7 as I'll need a virus checker in the background which is bound slow the system down. U've certainly got me thinking now. 16GB SSD is never going to be enough to Dual Boot. How much will OSX cost? |

| Member Posts: 48 Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: London | i run a 10v and a macmini and the difference between them on snow leopard is minimal (depending on what apps you are running, but it is a netbook). I would definitely go for os x. Retail copy of Snow Leopard is 25 quid in the UK and i reckon i use the 10v more than the actual mac these days. But saying that you already have Windows 7, give it a try. you can always change later. |
