Tried using Win7 Bluetooth native drivers and also install the Broadcomm drivers but unsuccessful to pair it with my Mini 9.

My Mini 9 successfully discovered the MSI Headset(A2DP). Upon click on pairing, it will turn off my headset.

I tried pairing it with another PC(WinXP X64) and it works flawlessly.

Any suggestion to pair it successfully?

Yes, I had the same problem, I solved it by using the Bluesoleil drivers. Not free though...
