Default windows 7 install error - 12-11-2009, 06:10 PM

hey guys i got windows 7 and i go to install and it at 0%

then i get error/

Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required Forrest installation are available, and restart the installation

idk how to fix i have ubuntu.

i think what i have to do is format drive to run with windows7 or deleat ubntu format this drive but i dont know how to do it so can someone help me???

Select a Custom install, then click Advanced. Delete the existing partition(s) and then tell it to install to the unpartitioned space.

I think anti-virus program is stopping the install?

I don't think that's even remotely possible. He's booted onto an install DVD/Drive, it isn't interacting with the AV in the least.
