Default Utility to Change Wallpaper in Win7 Starter - 11-30-2009, 07:09 PM

MadSheep! at My Digital Life Forums has release a graphical utility called I've tested this and it seems to work hassle free.

The inability to change the wallpaper in Win7 Starter has a deal breaker for some. This may be all some need to just keep Windows 7 Starter from Dell for standard netbook usage.

Do you know, do you need to resize photos for them to fit properly on the screen or does Win7 still size it appropriately automatically?
