Default Cool tool for creating bootable USB drive to install Windows 7 - 09-09-2009, 12:51 PM

My 10v arrived last night so I immediately put Windows 7 on it. I found a cool utility that formats a USB drive and then puts an iso on it. Check it out. It worked well for me. It takes about a half hour and it doesn't look like it's doing anything at a couple points in the process but if you just let it go it will do its thing.

Let me know what you think. (I have no connection with the author of the tool, I just used it and figured I'd pass it on to you guys.)

For all those who don't have vista/7 already but do have XP, here's a way to make a bootable windows 7 flash drive:

How to Install Windows 7 From USB Drive without Windows 7 ISO DVD
please note that i haven't tested this myself - but judging by the comments it appears to work for most people!
