Thanks for opening this thread anguish, but it doesn't seem to have attracted too much interest, so far!

One reason for this is that Dell don't seem to publish any coupons as such which are applicable to customers in the UK who are looking to prchase a Mini... they are usually only offered on systems costing £699 and above, for example.

However they do have an offer on the 10v this week which might be of interest to some!

Further details can be found here, but basically for £249 (including carriage etc) you can pick up a Mini 10v with a Product (RED) lid, Windows 7 Starter Edition, a 160GB hard drive, 15 months McAfee protection, and a standard 1397 b/g wi-fi card.

Bluetooth will cost an additional £34.98, and a 1510 (802.11n) wi-fi card £14.99 bringing the total cost with both of these to £298.98 which still isn't too bad a deal. A 6 cell battery and an external DVD writer/player are also available as 'add-on' options.

I am not sure how long this particular offer will be available for, possibly only this week as, to quote from their website... "With every (Product) RED (TM) purchase, Dell will double their contributions to the Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa during the week of World Aids Day."

I know it's a bit late, as I believe the offer finishes today, but Dell are currently offering the Mini 10v with Windows XP Home and a FREE colour upgrade for just £199

More details can be found here, although it does look as if they might have discontinued the Ubuntu offering, but for this sort of price it makes a good 'hackintoshing' option!

The price does include VAT & shipping, and if you would prefer the Starter Edition of Windows 7, that is an additional £20. Other options such as a 6 cell battery and Bluetooth are also available.

Got mine for £229 in black did search for vouchers but could not find any money off the mini 10v though but did get free delivery should have been £60

The Mini 10v is still being offered on Del's UK website.

Their current offerings are for a Ubuntu 8.0.4 powered model, with an 8GB Solid State Hard Drive and an Ice Blue back cover for £199 including VAT and shipping, or the Windows XP variant with a 160 GD SATA hard drive; also with an Ice Blue cover, for £229... again including VAT annd shipping.

They are saying that the second 'offer' is only valid for another couple of days, but it may well either be extended or replaced... or possibly just be increased by £20 in price!

These are of course brand new (rather than 'Outlet') models, although we don't know for how much longer they will be available... probably not for too long!

Picked mine up for £175 at CEX with XP Home, according to the Dell site it has 3m left on the warranty but Dell are not being cooperative - they want the original purchasers details, but a little thing called The Data Protection Act stops me getting those.

Bluetooth upgrade @ £8.50 or so off eBay, happy enough til I get the 2Gb in there

IMO well worth checking places like CEX & Cash Converters, maybe MoneyShop too.

Got my Mini 10v with XP Home from Dell Outlet "Certified Refurbished" for £150 with free delivery and 12 month warranty. Definitely worth checking Dell Outlet out as they appear on there every now and again!
