Hi, I carefully prepared my Vista Ultimate vLite install according to the various threads and happily installed in about 4Gb...then installed all the updates, MS Office 2007 (minimal) and all my precious space is now gone! Anyone have a good guide to cleaning up space on a Vista install other than the usual disable system restore/hibernation etc and W7 specific stuff here http://blogs.msdn.com/e7/archive/2008/1 ... space.aspx [updated] - Oh yes and of course I ran CCleaner, disk cleanup utility etc! Looking to delete update backup files and system stuff but safely! S |
