Unhappy Hiding SDHC desktop image - 04-15-2009, 04:07 AM

I've just picked up a Patriot 16gb SDHC card for my mini 9 (running the factory 8.04) and was wondering if there is anyway to hide (or relocate to another folder) the image that mounts to the desktop. I'm hoping to use leave the card in the reader semi-permanently, but I'm a bit of a workspace minimalist and staring at this thing is gunna drive me nuts. This may be a stupid question with an incredibly simple answer, or I may just need to learn to live with it; either way I appreciate any feed back from the community.

This tweak claims to remove ALL desktop icons. I dunno if that's more than you want.
