New syslinux.cfg file text. DEFAULT vesamenu.c32 PROMPT 0 ALLOWOPTIONS 0 MENU TITLE Dell System Restore DVD MENU BACKGROUND logo.png MENU COLOR disabled * #ff000000 * * MENU COLOR hotsel * #ff000000 * * MENU COLOR unsel * #ff000000 * none MENU COLOR pwdheader * #ff000000 * none MENU COLOR pwdentry * #ff000000 * none LABEL a MENU LABEL Welcome to the Dell Mini Restore DVD. Now it's getting stuck at "will mount root from /dev/sdb" It just sits there. The light on the usb stick is blinking non stop so I think it's trying to do something. Now I'm truly stumped, I've got 50+ tabs open and am no closer to finding an answer. Yes, I'm a linux noob. Flame me if that's what it takes, but if anyone can help I'll be grateful. |

I can not for the life of me find a good download source. Does anyone know of a good dl source? |

The LPIA architecture has basically been abandoned and never really provided a benefit. 10.04 is the current lts release and has a much nicer netbook interface. It is also so much easier to find programs compiled for i386 than for lpia. I remember hacking the skype installer to allow it to run lpia, it was a huge pain. |
