Mini9: 10.04 Install Problems - 05-11-2010, 11:19 AM
I've downloaded the netbook version of 10.04, used the iso to create a usb key and I'm now trying to install it on my Mini 9 (it has ubuntu normal already on it, but I want to do a clean install).
I can't get it to install or even run the live cd.
I get the ubuntu logo, then it drops back to terminal:
BusyBox (initramfs) can not mount /dev/loop1 on /cow
I've run a disk check from the first menu that works ok and reports no errors.

Never mind, actually read the ubuntu page properly and they'd already found a solution to this issue. You need to follow this: PDL Casper-RW Creator – Make a persistent file from Windows | USB Pen Drive Linux and then try again...mines installing now!
