the dkms and bmcwl files on my .iso were corrupted or something, I had to
-plug my dell in to my router
-install dkms (dynamic kernel something)
-download and install broadcom driver (bcmwl kernel source)
then when I clicked on activate in the hardware drivers, it actually activated it instead of looping back telling me to activate it.
My issue now is that 9.10 doesn't seem to work with 64bit WEP encryption on my router. I had to bump my encryption up to 128bit. I don't think my nintendo wii will work with that. 9.10 only gives options to use 40/128bit WEP.
I'm also getting an error stating that my hd is failing. It seems to be a common bug in 9.10, so I'm not worried yet. The error states that the disk is being used outside parameters or something like that. I turned off the Alert if HD fails warning.
