Don't bother. Just get a 2GB San Disk Cruzer flash drive from Wal-mart. Its under ten bucks. The necessary software to install Ubuntu Netbook Remix img to the flash drive is available for Windows from Source Forge and is called Win32Disk. The cost is free. When youi're done, youi're out only the cost of the flash drive and you get a bootable UNR image to be used on your Dell Mini.
