I hope somebody here can help me! I was so excited this morning, but have been working on this phone ALL day! Have had three total shutdowns and pulled the battery out for those (is that because I was running LaunchPro?) but now I cannot get the checkbox for airplane mode to stay unchecked, and it says I have to enter a PIN to use the SIM card, but I never set that up! I don't know what PIN to try, and I only get three tries. So, I now have a tablet, not a phone. I was also not ever really to get the Dell Sync to do what I wanted, problems connecting and can't download software to PC.

The pin is the unlock pin from att. You should not be getting that message! try doing a factory reset. Power off then hold down both volumn buttons on reboot. If that doesn't fix it you're going to have to reflash the 2.2 rom
