Did you try the Firmware from Dell mini 1010 Windows 7 Driver thread? This is the firmware Mod robert did. This should also work for you if you wanna try.

Hi, Zero and Robert.
I have f3507g modem in a "Mobo 3G 2055" with windows xp which I think is a clone of MSI Wind120.
I tried FW_R1D06_forcedupdate.exe, D5530_R1D06_mod_test.exe and FW_R1D06.exe with no success. The second and third just go away after the message that it will flash. The first one starts flashing but almost immediately gives an error:

Does anyone have working Windows 8 x64 drivers for this Card? I have tried a ton of different driver executables...none of them actually installs a driver for the card

oken, that's great. Unfortunately I have the same issue - not enough posts yet to PM! (Has to be at least 5).

Looks like I'm not the only one coming to this thread for a solution to the blue screens etc from the old firmware version on the K266 though!

I had a go at editing the table within the firmware update as others (zero?) had hinted at, but clearly I didn't get all the fields right as it still told me not for my version of the card.

Hoping for a copy of the patched version, if not, any hints on which details to edit in the embedded table in the patch also appreciated.
