Problems with text speech on navigation -

Hi
I haven't used the Navigation on my Dell Streak mini 5 for some time and when I tried to set it today the text speech isn't working and it seems to be telling me I need to purchase it. Does it have a limited license? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you |
