I have been on the Mini 9 continuosly for 3 weeks now.

The last few days I started getting popups saying 'low on virtual memory' we are adding pages.

I've been religious on keeping her cclean, delete browsing, security (MSE) current, updated, defragmented etc.

Yesterday I clicked on a website (I had never been to), it was too sluggish to even scroll down then all of a sudden there was a blue screen that said in typing in the top left corner....Stop hard stop unknown error. There was no number. It didn't go away so I turned it off. When I turn it on now it looks like it is going to load the first flash comes on where it says click 2 or 0 but then it just fades black and stays that way.

It has 1G and 16G. I had nothing plugged in to usb's. XP

I have no idea where to begin trying to fix it.

Please advise me where to begin. jennifer
