Default #2 key broken - 02-03-2010, 12:37 AM

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the mini. I just received mine yesterday, opened up the box and the #2 key appears to not have been attached at the factory. Can anyone help me on getting it back on? It appears the metal that holds the plastic is damaged. I contacted but haven't heard back from them.

If it was damaged when you received it, probably in shipping/packing I wouldn't do Dell and SEND IT questions asked......

They are sending me a new keyboard to install after spending an hour on the phone to India (telling me how to remove the broken one). I'm used to taking things apart so that isn't so bad. But if I was a novice, I don't think I would have enjoyed it. I get the keyboard Monday but I might do a memory upgrade while I already have the keyboard out.
